Confirm You Are Getting My Emails

This is a critical step. If you don't received the emails you could miss important information about the challenge and bonuses.

Tip: Find my email which says "[Dr. Tracy] You are in!" and reply to this email to help make sure the emails make it to your inbox.

You can search "Dr. Tracy Dalgleish" in your promotions or spam tab and be sure to mark me as a safe sender. Or you can add my email address [email protected] to your contacts list. 

If you are a first time customer, you may be required to confirm your email via a confirmation email titled "[Dr. Tracy] Please confirm your email address.
