This is a critical step. If you don't receive the emails you could miss important information about Be Connected content, dates, and times.
 
Tip: Find my first email which say "[Be Connected] Welcome and let's get started" and reply to this email to help make sure the emails make it to your inbox.
 
You can search "Dr. Tracy Dalgleish" in your promotions or spam tab and be sure to mark me as a safe sender. Or you can add my email address [email protected] to your contacts list. 
 
If you are a first time customer, you may be required to confirm your email via a confirmation email titled "[Dr. Tracy] Please confirm your email address.."

Inside the App you will find your content library, the main content of Be Connected, the private community group, where I am answering your questions. As well as the powerful Ask Dr. Tracy AI assistant. It's like having a couples therapist in your pocket, plus so much more!

A. You can move through the content at your own pace, but most members spend about 15-30 minutes a week engaging with the lessons, trying exercises or asking Ask Dr. Tracy AI a questions. This is a powerful way to make change.

A. The most powerful way to get on demand answers is head to the Ask Dr. Tracy in the App. There you will get instant advice about your most pressing issue or direction inside the membership.

Q. How long will it take to see changes in my relationship?
A. This depends largely on how much time you spend on exercises and implementing them in your relationship. But change takes time and the willingness of you to try something different. I am here to support you and make and implement these changes. 
 
Q. I've missed some emails, what should I do?
A. Don't worry all of your content is available in your members library inside the app or via the desktop portal. 
 
Q. I can't seem to login, how can I get support?
A. After the purchase you will receive a separate email with your log-in credentials. Use these credentials to "Log-In" to the app or to sign in to the desktop portal. If you are unable to locate or did not receive, please email for support at [email protected].
