Beyond Burnout E-Course


Beyond Burnout is an e-course aimed at helping you cultivate self-compassion and awareness and go from stressed to balanced.

This e-course is a flexible online course that teaches you the key tools needed to perform optimally in your life. Tailored specifically for the unique challenges women experience, the course includes:
